Avant Connect DGT V16 Connected Beacon

The AV1201 beacon is designed to maximize road safety with the new connected V16 signal. Simply place it on the roof thanks to its quick-fix magnetic base and it will begin emitting high-intensity flashes, visible in 360º at more than 1 km, signaling the vehicle instantly without having to get out to place triangles. At the same time, the NB-IoT module with integrated SIM and GPS receiver sends the vehicle´s geolocation to the DGT 3.0 platform, anonymously, so that the incident appears on traffic panels and management systems.

It is designed in accordance with the official requirements of the DGT, with IP54 resistance to rain and dust, stable operation in adverse conditions, and autonomy of up to 3 hours of continuous use. It is powered by an included 9V battery, so it arrives ready to use, without recharges or additional registrations. Data connectivity is included until December 2038, without fees or subscriptions. Compact and lightweight, it is a practical solution for both private drivers and fleets who want to get ahead of the legal obligation and take advantage of connected technology to improve the safety of their vehicles.
