B+w Clear Mrc Basic 95 mm Polarizing Filter

B+W 95mm 007 Clear MRC Basic Protection Filter

Safeguard your valuable lens investment with the B+W 95mm 007 Clear MRC Basic Filter, the ultimate invisible shield for your high-end optics. Designed for photographers and videographers who demand pristine image quality and uncompromising protection, this filter serves as a permanent front-line defense for your lens. It is engineered to protect the delicate front element from the hazards of any shooting environment, including dust, sand, fingerprints, moisture, and accidental bumps, preventing costly scratches and cleaning-induced damage. By absorbing the impact of daily use, this filter ensures your lens remains in perfect condition, preserving its performance and resale value for years to come.

Experience absolute optical purity. This filter is crafted from crystal-clear special glass, renowned for its exceptionally high transmission and complete color neutrality. Unlike inferior filters that can introduce a color cast or reduce image sharpness, the B+W 007 Clear Filter is optically invisible. It will not alter your exposure settings, contrast levels, or color balance, guaranteeing that the stunning quality and character of your lens shine through without any degradation. It allows you to capture images with maximum clarity and fidelity, just as you see them through the viewfinder.

The advanced Multi-Resistant Coating (MRC) from B+W sets this filter apart. This sophisticated multi-layer coating provides superior anti-reflection properties, significantly reducing ghosting and lens flare for cleaner, higher-contrast images, even in challenging lighting conditions. Beyond its optical benefits, the MRC layer is incredibly robust. It features a hardened outer layer that provides outstanding scratch resistance. Furthermore, its hydrophobic and oleophobic properties actively repel water, dirt, and oils. Water beads up and rolls right off, and fingerprints are easily wiped away, making cleaning effortless and keeping your view clear in any weather.

Built with precision and reliability in mind, the filter features a durable mount specifically engineered for modern lens designs. Its slim profile is optimized for use with wide-angle lenses, effectively preventing vignetting (darkening of the corners) on focal lengths as wide as 24mm on a full-frame (KB) camera or 18mm on an APS-C sensor. This 95mm diameter filter is the perfect protective companion for large professional telephoto, zoom, and cinema lenses, providing essential security without any optical compromise. Keep it on your lens at all times for peace of mind and consistently brilliant results.
