Barcelona 1939.

The civil war is over and Franco´s troops have entered the city.

A German, Hans Müller, a former anarchist militiaman, finds himself trapped in the pre-war atmosphere of the city, prior to World War II.

Soon Barcelona is filled with Nazis, who seem to have taken over the city.

To survive both Franco´s repression and his political past, he will contact the British intelligence service, which will turn him into an influential Nazi businessman with good contacts in Spain.

Thus begins his activity as a spy for the Allies in a Barcelona that has become a hotbed of intrigue, smuggling and corruption.

A captain of the Navy Police follows his trail and turns this story into an intriguing adventure where love, the miseries of the postwar period and the interests of nations to win the contest are mixed.
