EQUIP EQUIP-615572 CAT6 S/FTP Network Cable (1.5m, Orange) - High-Performance Connectivity

Elevate your network´s performance and reliability with the EQUIP EQUIP-615572 CAT 6 S/FTP Network Cable. Designed for professional and home environments that demand superior speed and stability, this 1.5-meter orange patch cord is the ideal solution for connecting your critical network devices. The equip® Cat.6 S/FTP Patch Cord is composed of high-quality materials and fully-examined to conform with industrial standards, ensuring you receive a product built for excellence and long-term durability. Experience a seamless and powerful connection for PCs, routers, switches, servers, game consoles, and network-attached storage (NAS) devices.

Offering higher bandwidth and better signal-to-noise margin, the Cat.6 cable is able to deliver ultrahigh and error-free performance in the most demanding network environments. This translates to faster downloads, smoother 4K video streaming, lag-free online gaming, and rapid data transfers for large files. The advanced S/FTP (Screened Foiled Twisted Pair) shielding is a cornerstone of its exceptional performance. Each twisted pair of conductors is individually shielded with foil (PIMF - Pairs in Metal Foil), and the entire bundle of four pairs is then wrapped in an overall braid screen. This dual-layer protection robustly reduces electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio-frequency interference (RFI) from nearby power lines, fluorescent lights, and other electronic devices, guaranteeing a clean, stable, and consistent signal integrity for your data.

This CAT 6 cable is engineered for modern network applications, including its full suitability for Power over Ethernet (PoE) and PoE+. This allows you to power compatible devices such as IP security cameras, VoIP phones, and wireless access points directly through the network cable, simplifying installation and reducing cable clutter. Furthermore, durability is enhanced by the molded boot with integrated strain relief, which protects the RJ-45 connector and the cable from damage caused by bending, pulling, and frequent plugging/unplugging. For enhanced safety, the cable features a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH / LSOH) jacket, which emits minimal smoke and non-toxic fumes in the event of a fire, making it a safer choice for installations in public spaces and poorly ventilated areas.
