Equip S/Ftp 20 m CAT6 network cable

EQUIP S/FTP CAT6 Network Cable, 20m - Shielded for Ultimate Performance

Experience unparalleled network stability and speed with the EQUIP 20m S/FTP CAT6 Network Cable. Engineered for demanding environments and high-performance applications, this cable is the definitive choice for establishing a robust and reliable connection for your critical network infrastructure. Whether you are setting up a professional office network, a data-intensive home office, or a high-spec data center, this 20-meter cable provides the length and performance needed to ensure your connection is never the bottleneck.

Achieve the full potential of your network with CAT 6 certified performance. This cable is designed to support Gigabit Ethernet speeds and beyond, offering a high-performance bandwidth of 250MHz. This makes it perfectly suited for streaming 4K video, engaging in competitive online gaming, transferring large data files, and running bandwidth-hungry business applications without lag or interruption. The stranded bare copper conductors ensure a clean, powerful signal transmission and provide excellent flexibility for routing the cable around corners and through tight spaces without compromising integrity.

One of the standout features of this EQUIP cable is its superior shielding. The S/FTP (Screened/Foiled Twisted Pair) design provides a double layer of protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio-frequency interference (RFI). An overall braided screen shields the entire cable, while an additional foil wrap around each individual twisted pair (PIMF - Pairs in Metal Foil) virtually eliminates crosstalk and external noise. This makes it the ideal solution for deployment in electronically "noisy" environments, such as near power lines, fluorescent lighting, motors, and other industrial equipment, ensuring a pristine and stable signal at all times.

Future-proof your installation with support for Power over Ethernet (PoE and PoE+). This capability allows the cable to not only transmit data but also deliver electrical power to compatible devices, such as IP security cameras, VoIP phones, wireless access points, and other smart devices. This simplifies installation by eliminating the need for a separate power source for each device, reducing cable clutter and installation costs.

Built for durability and safety, the cable features a molded boot with integrated strain relief, protecting the connection point from stress and damage during installation and use. Furthermore, the jacket is constructed from a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH/LSOH) material. In the event of a fire, this material emits very little smoke and no toxic halogen compounds, making it a crucial safety requirement for installations in public areas, data centers, and poorly ventilated spaces. Compliance with RoHS standards further confirms its environmentally responsible construction.
