Equip S/FTP CAT HF Shielded Patch Cord 5 m 6A

Experience unparalleled network performance and reliability with the EQUIP S/FTP CAT 6A Shielded Patch Cord (5 m). Engineered for the most demanding network environments, this high-performance cable is the definitive choice for connecting critical infrastructure, including servers, switches, data centers, and high-end workstations. By adhering to the stringent CAT 6A standard, this patch cord is fully optimized for 10 Gigabit Ethernet, ensuring your network operates at maximum speed and is prepared for future bandwidth requirements.

Achieve superior data integrity thanks to the advanced S/FTP (Screened/Foiled Twisted Pair) shielding. This robust construction provides exceptional protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio-frequency interference (RFI) from surrounding power lines, fluorescent lights, and other electronic devices. The result is a stable, clean, and error-free signal transmission, which is essential for applications that are sensitive to data loss, such as high-volume data transfers, video conferencing, and streaming 4K/8K content. The cable supports an impressive frequency of up to 500 MHz, providing significant headroom for all 10GBASE-T applications.

Built for both performance and safety, this EQUIP patch cord features a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) jacket. In the event of a fire, this material emits very low levels of smoke and does not release toxic halogen compounds, making it the responsible choice for installation in public spaces, offices, and poorly ventilated areas where human safety is paramount. The connectors are equally premium, with male-to-male RJ-45 plugs featuring gold-plated contacts. This gold plating prevents corrosion and oxidation, guaranteeing a secure physical connection and optimal signal conductivity for the life of the cable. Certified to ISO/IEC 11801, EN50288, and TIA/EIA 568-C.2 standards, this 5-meter patch cord delivers certified performance you can trust for all your critical network links.
