Evolis Badgy Complete Cleaning Kit for Badgy 200 Printers

Ensure the consistent performance and professional quality of your ID card printing operations with the Evolis Badgy Complete Cleaning Kit. Specifically designed for the Evolis Badgy 200 ID card printer, this essential accessory is your first line of defense against common printing issues, safeguarding your investment and guaranteeing exceptional results with every card you print. Regular maintenance is the key to extending the life of your printer and avoiding costly downtime, and this kit provides everything you need for a thorough and effective cleaning.

Maintaining your printer´s internal components is critical for producing the crystal-clear images, sharp text, and vibrant colors your organization relies on for professional identification. Over time, dust, airborne debris, and oils from handling blank cards can accumulate on the printer´s transport rollers and, most importantly, the sensitive thermal printhead. This buildup can lead to imperfections such as blurry spots, unwanted lines, or incorrect color application, diminishing the quality of your ID cards. Furthermore, debris on the rollers can cause frustrating card jams and misfeeds, disrupting your workflow.

By incorporating this cleaning kit into your regular maintenance schedule, you proactively remove these harmful contaminants. This not only restores and maintains impeccable print quality but also significantly extends the operational lifespan of your Badgy 200 printer. Protecting the printhead from particle damage can save you from expensive repairs and replacements down the line, making this kit a highly cost-effective solution for any user.

This cleaning kit includes two T-shaped cleaning cards, one cleaning pen, and instructions. For optimal performance of your Evolis Badgy 200 printer, we recommend a good cleaning every 50-100 prints. This simple preventative measure ensures your printer operates smoothly and reliably, just as it did on day one.
