Focusrite Scarlett 18I16 4Th Gen Audio Interface

Unleash your studio´s full potential with the FOCUSRITE Scarlett 18i16 4th Gen Audio Interface, the definitive hub for artists, producers, and bands aiming to capture their most ambitious recordings. This powerhouse interface is engineered to handle full-band sessions with uncompromising audio fidelity, providing a massive 18 inputs and 16 outputs in a sleek desktop form factor. It´s the perfect centerpiece for any serious studio setup.

Experience pristine sound quality with four of Focusrite’s most detailed, ultra-low-noise 4th-generation mic preamps. With a colossal 69dB of gain on tap, these preamps can handle any microphone—from delicate condenser mics to dynamic broadcast mics—without needing a booster, capturing every nuance of the source. Elevate your recordings with the re-engineered Air mode, featuring two distinct characters. Engage ´Presence´ for a rich, high-end shimmer that brings vocals and acoustic instruments to life, or switch to ´Harmonic Drive´ to emulate the classic saturation of a large-format studio console, adding warmth and musical grit to guitars and drums.

The Scarlett 18i16 removes technical barriers so you can focus on performance. With Auto Gain, the interface automatically sets the perfect recording level for you in seconds. The innovative Clip Safe feature runs in the background, automatically adjusting the gain if you´re at risk of clipping, ensuring you never lose a perfect take to distortion. These intelligent features make getting a great sound effortless.

Record and mix at the highest quality with studio-grade 24-bit / 192 kHz converters, the same technology found in Focusrite´s flagship RedNet interfaces used in top studios worldwide. The extensive I/O includes four versatile XLR combo inputs and four 6.35 mm line inputs on the rear panel, perfect for connecting mics, instruments, synths, and drum machines. Need more channels? Effortlessly expand your setup by connecting an external preamp via the optical ADAT input to record up to eight additional channels simultaneously.

For content creators and streamers, the built-in Loopback functionality makes it simple to route stereo audio from your music apps or other computer sources directly into your DAW for sampling or to your streaming software for live broadcasts. The Scarlett 18i16 also features dual independent, high-power headphone outputs, each with its own volume control, allowing for custom monitor mixes for two people. It’s the ultimate tool for collaborative and professional studio work.
