Good pizza over for less than 30cm pizza u masteres the oven to make the best pizza put 10 min in mid temperature meanwhile you prepare your previous fermented dough always use less than 60% hidratated dought other it will stick in the shovel put tomato sauce cheese and put max temperature then leave the pizza in the over about 6 minutes

This is a great little pizza oven. We purchased this on the back of buying one for our (then student) son who was convinced of its merits by his italian housemate who's owned one of these ovens for several years. I admit to being a little concerned buying this in direct from the EU, shipping to the UK, particularly as it was an extremely good price. my concerns were unwarranted - I took delivery this morning and we enjoyed fantastic pizzas this evening , though I say so myself- pity I can't attach a photo. Well worth the price in my opinion.

Fantastic service from this company. We ordered this pizza oven for my brother as we have one ourselves and make fabulous pizzas and garlic bread on it. Real authentic pizza bases cooks in minutes. Well worth the money!

Do i need to heat up before baking the pizza? If yes how long? What s the temperature like? How do i clean the stone? Can I put baking paper on top of the stone? Is this electricity saver? Tq

Yes, once plugged in, the oven takes about 5 mins to warm up. Temperature is low, medium or high, typical pizza takes me about 5 mins on medium setting. Once the oven has cooled down, the stone is cleaned with a damp cloth. I'm not sure about the baking paper, I haven't tried but don't see why not. Given how long you would need to power a traditional kitchen oven for to bake, I presume this pizza oven is cheaper to power. The main benefits are how quick it is to bake a pizza / the fact that you can bake many pizzas in quick succession if you have people over for dinner.
