Gembird PP6A-LSZHCU-2M CAT6A FTP 2 m network cable

GEMBIRD PP6A-LSZHCU-2M CAT 6A S/FTP Network Cable (2m) - High-Speed, Shielded Connection

Experience unparalleled network performance and reliability with the GEMBIRD PP6A-LSZHCU-2M CAT 6A S/FTP patch cord. This 2-meter network cable is meticulously engineered to support demanding, high-speed network environments, ensuring a stable and lightning-fast connection for all your critical applications. It is the definitive choice for professionals and enthusiasts who refuse to compromise on speed, stability, and safety.

Unlock the full potential of your network infrastructure. Designed to meet the rigorous CAT 6A standard, this cable is capable of handling data transfer rates up to 10 Gigabits per second. This makes it perfectly suited for bandwidth-intensive tasks such as 4K/8K video streaming, competitive online gaming, large file transfers, and connecting high-performance servers and switches in a data center or office environment. Future-proof your setup and eliminate bottlenecks with a cable built for next-generation speed.

The standout feature of this patch cord is its superior dual-shielded construction. As an S/FTP (Screened/Foiled Twisted Pair) cable, it employs two layers of protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio-frequency interference (RFI). Each pair of wires is individually wrapped in foil, and an overall braid shield encases the entire bundle. This robust shielding design ensures a clean, error-free signal by neutralizing crosstalk and external noise from nearby power lines, fluorescent lights, and other electronic devices, guaranteeing a consistently perfect and reliable connection.

Safety and durability are paramount. The cable features a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) jacket, which in the event of a fire, emits significantly less smoke and non-toxic fumes compared to traditional PVC cables. This makes it an ideal and responsible choice for installation in public spaces, offices, and poorly ventilated areas. Furthermore, the gold-plated contacts provide superior conductivity and resist corrosion over time, while the molded strain reliefs and snagless boots protect the connector and cable integrity during installation and frequent use.
