What is an AGM battery?
The AGM battery is an energy storage battery with a wide range of commercial applications. Its advanced design makes it incredibly versatile; it can power up toys, but is also robust enough for professional alarm systems. The AGM battery is also the heart of every UPS, providing critical backup power.

Versatile Application: Cyclic and Buffer Operation
Green Cell AGM batteries have a very wide range of applications. They can be used both for cyclic and buffer operation, offering flexibility for any power requirement.
* Cyclic work: Cyclic use of the battery means using it as an independent energy source. AGMs of this type are prepared for very frequent charging and discharging. This makes them perfectly suited for use in electric toys, wheelchairs, golf carts, and other mobile equipment where the battery is regularly drained and recharged.
* Buffer operation: Buffer operation allows the battery to perform an emergency power supply function for the connected device. In case of a main power supply failure the battery connected to the power supply system provides additional power. This is the primary function for batteries in alarm systems, emergency lighting, and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), ensuring your critical systems remain online when the main power goes out.

Maintenance-Free and Safe by Design
The Green Cell AGM46 is built with safety and convenience in mind. Its completely sealed, maintenance-free design (VRLA - Valve Regulated Lead Acid) means you never have to worry about topping up electrolytes or dealing with leaks. This robust, leak-proof construction also allows the battery to be safely operated in any position—vertical, horizontal, or on its side—providing maximum installation flexibility for tight spaces. The durable casing offers excellent resistance to vibrations and impacts, ensuring a long and reliable service life of up to 5 years.

This battery is the ideal choice for powering a diverse set of equipment, including UPS units, electric toys, alarm systems, monitoring systems, emergency lighting, cash registers, and portable devices. Trust the Green Cell AGM46 to deliver dependable power when it matters most.
