Jabra Cord 2XQD/USB USB Cable

Jabra Link 265 USB Training Cable | 2xQD to USB Adapter

Elevate your team´s performance and streamline your training processes with the Jabra Link 265 2xQD/USB USB Cable. Specifically engineered for professional environments, the Jabra LINK™ 265 gives you an effective way to train your agents, ensuring consistent quality and faster onboarding. This intelligent adapter is the ultimate tool for call centers, customer service departments, and any organization dedicated to enhancing communication skills and maintaining high standards of service.

The core of its design is the unique USB Y-training cable, which seamlessly connects two Jabra Quick Disconnect (QD) headsets to a single PC. This innovative setup empowers supervisors and trainers with unparalleled flexibility. You can silently monitor live conversations to assess agent performance and identify areas for improvement, or you can actively join the call to provide real-time assistance and coaching. With the Jabra LINK 265, supervisors can either stay muted or join the conversation, transforming any two standard headsets into a powerful training station. This functionality not only accelerates learning but also boosts agent confidence and improves first-call resolution rates.

Experience effortless operation thanks to a suite of intuitive, in-line features. The Jabra Link 265 provides simple call controls at your fingertips, including volume adjustment, call answer/end, and a mute function for the agent. Critically, it features a second, separate mute button for the supervisor’s headset, ensuring they can speak privately to the agent without the customer hearing. Furthermore, its programmable soft buttons enable fast customisation for individual preferences and workflows. Configure these buttons through Jabra software to perform specific actions, such as push-to-talk, speeding up repetitive tasks and allowing agents to focus on the customer.

Prioritizing user well-being, the Jabra Link 265 is fully Control of Noise at Work compliant. It incorporates advanced acoustic protection technologies to safeguard users from potential harm caused by sudden loud noises (acoustic shock) and regulates the overall sound exposure throughout the workday. This commitment to hearing safety makes it a responsible choice for professionals who spend significant time on calls.

Designed for durability and ease of use, this black USB cable offers simple plug-and-play connectivity with any PC or Mac, requiring no complex software installation to get started. Its robust construction is built to withstand the demands of a busy work environment, ensuring long-lasting reliability. By leveraging your existing investment in Jabra QD headsets, the Jabra LINK 265 USB/QD Y-training cable serves as a cost-effective and indispensable accessory for superior agent training and quality assurance.
