Knipex 975110SB Crimper

KNIPEX 97 51 10 SB Crimper for Western Plugs

Achieve flawless, professional-grade network and telephone connections with the KNIPEX 97 51 10 SB Crimper. Designed for IT professionals, network technicians, and demanding users who require absolute reliability, this high-performance tool combines multiple functions into a single, robust unit. Streamline your workflow and ensure every termination is perfect with a tool engineered for precision and durability. Its versatile design makes it an indispensable asset for installing, repairing, and maintaining critical network and communication infrastructure.

The core advantage of the KNIPEX 97 51 10 SB lies in its superior crimping mechanism. Unlike conventional tools, it employs a parallel crimping process. This advanced design ensures that force is applied evenly and precisely across the entire surface of the Western plug, resulting in a secure, uniform connection that guarantees optimal signal integrity and long-term stability. This attention to detail eliminates failed connections and reduces troubleshooting time, making your work more efficient and reliable.

Enhancing this precision is the integral lock, a self-releasing mechanism that enforces a complete crimping cycle. The tool will not release the plug until the full, correct crimping pressure has been applied, ensuring repetitive, high-quality results every time. This feature removes guesswork and prevents the common issue of under-crimped connections, giving you the confidence that every termination meets professional standards.

This is more than just a crimper; it´s a complete termination solution. It features an integrated length cutter and a dismantling knife specifically designed for flat, unshielded ribbon cables of 6 mm and 12 mm lengths. Furthermore, an additional stripping device for round cables is included, making it a truly multi-functional tool that can handle every step of the cable preparation and termination process. From cutting the cable to length, stripping the outer jacket, and finally crimping the plug, the 97 51 10 SB handles it all with German-engineered precision.
