Great Product but Poor Customer Service

Quite comfortable for reading, good product. However, the customer service was not really great. I placed the order at early Apr and the estimated delivery was around 2 weeks. At first I can see the product was picked up by courier in 3 working days and I was thinking it's going to be delivered soon, but I do understand with the impact on covid-19, delays are expected. The delivery status went stale until the date which I should receive the product. So I started the conversation with the support team, however, that was absolutely awful experience. I was hoping that they can get some information from the delivery company on when the delay would be or so, but they will only reply you with can replies, ask you to wait and track the status from the tracking page. If tracking page helps, why would I bother to speak to you? Absolutely awful experience for this online shopping. Think twice whether you would like to buy any items here as after you paid, you are on your own!
