The robust motor ensures a steady, even roll, which is crucial for achieving the ideal pasta consistency. For those who enjoy the traditional hands-on approach, a manual crank is also provided. Control is placed firmly in your hands with the 7-position regulator knob, allowing you to precisely adjust the thickness of your pasta dough. Roll out delicate, paper-thin sheets as fine as 0.3 mm for refined dishes, or go for a heartier 3.0 mm thickness for more rustic preparations. This level of control empowers you to perfect any pasta recipe.

Versatility for All Your Culinary Creations

Unleash your culinary creativity with the versatile, interchangeable double-cutting roller. With this single, efficient accessory, you can effortlessly produce three distinct pasta shapes. Create wide, flat sheets up to 150mm in width, perfect for layering in a classic lasagna or for making filled cannelloni. In moments, you can switch to crafting beautiful ribbons of 6mm fettuccine, ideal for holding rich, creamy sauces, or delicate 2mm tagliatelle that pairs wonderfully with lighter, oil-based dressings. The LAICA PM2000 provides the foundation, and your imagination does the rest. Host a pasta night, impress your dinner guests, or simply enjoy a wholesome family meal made with love.

Built to last, the machine features a solid steel body that provides stability and durability, while the high-quality aluminum rollers are designed to grip the dough perfectly without sticking, ensuring a smooth and flawless finish.
