Upgrade your studio´s background system with the Manfrotto 091MCR Metal Expan Drive Chain, the definitive solution for photographers and videographers seeking unparalleled durability and reliability. Specifically designed as a high-performance replacement for the standard plastic chain on the popular Manfrotto Expan 046 background drive system, this heavy-duty metal chain is engineered to withstand the rigors of a busy professional studio environment.

Unmatched Durability and Performance

Move beyond the limitations of standard plastic chains. The Manfrotto 091MCR is crafted from robust metal, offering superior strength and longevity. This ensures it will not stretch, snap, or degrade over time, even with frequent use and heavy paper or vinyl rolls. Experience flawlessly smooth and precise control when raising and lowering your backdrops. The weighted, solid feel of the metal links provides excellent tactile feedback, allowing for effortless adjustments without the risk of slippage or jamming, protecting your valuable backgrounds from accidental tears and ensuring a seamless workflow during critical shoots.

Extended Length for Versatile Setups

Featuring a generous total length of 3.5 meters (350 cm), the 091MCR is perfectly suited for studios with higher ceilings or for setups where the background drive is mounted out of immediate reach. This extended length provides an extra meter compared to the standard chain, granting you the flexibility to position your background support system optimally without compromising on accessibility or ease of use. The vibrant red color makes the chain highly visible, allowing you to quickly identify and grab the correct drive control in a multi-roll system, saving precious time and minimizing disruption on set. These professional-grade chains are an essential accessory for any serious studio.

Seamless Integration

As a genuine Manfrotto accessory, the 091MCR guarantees perfect compatibility and easy installation. It is the ideal upgrade or direct replacement for the plastic chain supplied with the Expan 046, providing an immediate and noticeable improvement in both function and feel.
