Create Authentic, Delicious Homemade Ravioli

Move beyond store-bought pasta and discover the joy of creating your own signature ravioli from scratch. This Marcato ravioli cutter is your key to crafting perfect, uniform portions every time. The 38 mm diameter stamp is the ideal size for classic ravioli, allowing for a generous amount of your favorite filling, whether it´s ricotta and spinach, braised meat, or a seasonal pumpkin blend. The serrated edge not only gives your pasta that timeless, artisan appearance but also serves a critical function. The reinforced cutting edge is engineered to press the two dough sheets firmly together, creating a durable seal that prevents your delicious fillings from leaking out during the boiling process.

Engineered for Perfection and Ease of Use

Marcato´s commitment to excellence is evident in every detail of this manual cutter. The magic lies in the integrated spring mechanism located in the centre of the stamp. This innovative feature ensures that even pressure is applied across the entire surface as you press down, expertly forming perfect, beautiful hemispheres for your ravioli filling. This consistency guarantees that each piece is not only visually stunning but also cooks evenly. The ergonomic handle, crafted from elegant solid walnut wood, provides a comfortable and secure grip, giving you complete control and making the process of cutting dozens of ravioli effortless and enjoyable. Paired with a robust and precise aluminium cutter, this tool is built to last and become a cherished part of your culinary collection.
