Elevate your pasta-making sessions from a simple task to a truly creative and rewarding experience. This masterfully designed ravioli stamp empowers you to craft perfect, 38 mm round ravioli with a classic smooth edge, ready to be filled with your favourite ingredients. Imagine delicate parcels of spinach and ricotta, rich and savoury beef, or decadent pumpkin and sage, all perfectly sealed and uniform. The power to customize is in your hands, allowing you to cater to any dietary preference or culinary whim, ensuring every meal is a unique expression of your taste.

The secret to flawless ravioli lies in the seal, and Marcato has engineered this tool for perfection. At its heart is an integrated spring mechanism, a thoughtful innovation that ensures even, consistent pressure is applied with every stamp. This feature gently expels air as it forms a perfect hemisphere for your filling, preventing the ravioli from bursting during the cooking process. The reinforced, die-cast aluminium cutting edge then works in concert with the spring, cleanly cutting the dough while pressing the sheets firmly together. The result is a professional-grade seal that locks in all the delicious flavours, giving you perfect ravioli, every time.

Crafted with passion in Italy, this ravioli stamp is a testament to Marcato´s legacy of excellence and a beautiful addition to any kitchen. The ergonomic handle, fashioned from solid and elegant walnut wood, not only looks stunning but also provides a comfortable, secure grip for effortless use. The combination of the warm, natural wood and the cool, sleek metal creates a tool that is as much a pleasure to hold as it is to use. It embodies a commitment to durability and timeless design, promising to be a cherished part of your culinary toolkit for years to come.
