Category: Small appliances
Subcategory: Coffee makers

Discover the gold standard in coffee brewing with the MOCCAMASTER KBG Select, the ultimate Drip coffee makers for coffee aficionados who refuse to compromise on taste. Handcrafted in the Netherlands, this iconic machine is engineered to unlock the full flavour potential of your favourite ground coffee, delivering a consistently perfect cup every single time. It is certified by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), meeting their strict requirements for quality, temperature, and brewing time, a testament to its superior performance.

The heart of the Moccamaster KBG Select is its powerful and efficient copper boiling element. This technology ensures the water heats up incredibly fast, reaching the optimal brewing temperature range of 92°-96°C in under a minute. This precise temperature control is crucial for extracting the nuanced flavours and aromas from your coffee grounds without introducing any bitterness or sourness. The result is a smooth, balanced, and deeply satisfying coffee experience, from the first sip to the last.

A key feature of this model is the innovative "Select" switch. This allows you to effortlessly choose between brewing a full 10-cup pot or a smaller half-pot (4-6 cups). When the half-pot setting is selected, the machine intelligently adjusts the water flow, slowing it down to ensure a longer saturation time. This guarantees that even smaller batches of coffee are brewed to perfection, maintaining the same rich body and complexity as a full carafe.

The 9-hole outlet arm ensures that the hot water is distributed evenly over the coffee grounds, promoting uniform extraction for a more harmonious and well-rounded flavour profile. In just 4 to 6 minutes, you can have a full 1.25-litre jug of exquisitely brewed coffee ready to be enjoyed. After brewing, the intelligent hotplate maintains your coffee at an ideal serving temperature of 80°-85°C without ever burning it, preserving its delicate taste for up to 40 minutes before automatically shutting off for safety and energy efficiency.

Designed for convenience and durability, the KBG Select is a stylish addition to any countertop. It features a visible water level indicator, a removable water tank for easy filling, and is simple to clean. Elevate your daily coffee ritual with the precision, quality, and timeless design of the MOCCAMASTER KBG Select.
