Multimedia Connect MM0034 RJ45 keystone conector

Enhance your network´s physical security with the Multimedia Connect LOCKRJ45R RJ45 Port Blocker, an essential solution for controlling access to your critical network infrastructure. In today´s interconnected world, an open and unused Ethernet port can be an unintended gateway for security threats. The LOCKRJ45R provides a simple, highly effective, and immediate way to mitigate these risks by physically blocking access to any standard RJ45 port.

This port-locking system is the perfect security measure for environments where network access needs to be strictly managed. It acts as a robust physical deterrent, preventing unauthorized users from connecting devices, introducing malware, or accessing sensitive data through an open network jack. By securing unused ports on patch panels, wall outlets, switches, and other network equipment, you add a crucial layer of defense to your overall cybersecurity strategy, safeguarding your network´s integrity from the inside out. Its universal design ensures seamless compatibility with any standard RJ45 keystone jack or socket, making it a versatile tool for any IT administrator or network manager.

Package of 10 pieces and 1 key.

Protect your network from unauthorized use.

More and more places have network connections but in some cases it is a good thing that not everyone can access your network.

Examples of this are applications as schools, retail, flexible workspaces and more.

Use MMC RJ45 port lockers to block physical access to these ports.

Once locked the port can only be opened with the provided key.
-Allows the locking of unused RJ45 ports to secure your network.
-Secure your patchpanel or wall outlet.
-Unlock with a key.
-Fits on all RJ45 outlets.

The operation is brilliantly simple yet secure. The blocker fits snugly into an empty RJ45 port, and once inserted, it cannot be removed without the unique corresponding key. This ensures that only authorized personnel with the key can unblock the port to make a connection, creating a clear and controlled process for network management. This is invaluable in public-facing areas or shared spaces where maintaining control over network access points is paramount. Deploy these locks in data centers to prevent accidental or malicious patching errors, in classrooms to stop students from connecting unauthorized devices, in retail locations to secure point-of-sale networks, and in corporate or co-working offices to manage access in meeting rooms and open-plan areas. The Multimedia Connect LOCKRJ45R is a cost-effective investment in your peace of mind and network stability.
