What is the difference between the ORIGINAL Wired Thermostat and the ORIGINAL Wireless Thermostat? We offer two installation modes, depending on the heating system: Wired Installation In this configuration, the Thermostat is directly connected to your boiler.

It measures the room temperature, transmits the information to the Thermo Hub, and is responsible for turning the boiler on or off according to the commands you have defined.

It is a simple and reliable solution, ideal if your installation already has a wired thermostat.

Wireless Installation In this case, the Thermostat is not physically connected to the boiler.

You can place it on the wall or on its stand, and position it where you prefer in your home.

In this case, the Thermostat communicates with the Thermo Hub, which operates the boiler via the Thermo Link, a dry contact module that acts as a switch (on/off).

The Thermo Hub uses the temperature data sent by the Thermostat and its regulation algorithm to automatically determine the activation or deactivation of the boiler.

What do I need to install my ORIGINAL Thermostat? If you have an individual heating system, you will need an ORIGINAL Thermostat to control your boiler´s on and off.

There are two options depending on your current installation: ORIGINAL Wired Thermostat Choose this version if you already have a wired thermostat fixed to the wall.

Installation is simple: replace your old thermostat with the ORIGINAL Thermostat, connect the Thermo Hub to a power outlet, and, if desired, add a trim plate for a cleaner finish.

It is the ideal solution if your wiring is already in place.

ORIGINAL Wireless Thermostat Opt for this configuration if your boiler has a thermostat or a dry contact input.

In this case: - the Thermo Link connects directly to your boiler to control its ignition, - the Thermostat can be placed anywhere you wish using the table stand, providing maximum flexibility to optimize temperature measurement.

Can I install multiple ORIGINAL Thermostats in my heating system? Support for multiple thermostats will be possible thanks to multi-zone management, available soon with the launch of the ADDITIONAL ORIGINAL Thermostat.

What is multi-band management? Multi-zone management allows you to control several independent heating areas in your home.

Each zone is controlled by a dedicated ORIGINAL Thermostat, allowing for: - optimized thermal comfort room by room - better control of your energy consumption - scheduling adapted to each space When to use multiple thermostats? If your installation has several distinct heating circuits, for example, one for the ground floor and another for the upper floor, each area can be equipped and managed by a different ORIGINAL Thermostat.

Is the ORIGINAL Thermostat compatible with Radiator Valves and the Netatmo Smart Thermostat? No, the ORIGINAL Thermostat is not compatible with previous generations of Netatmo Smart Thermostats or Smart Radiator Valves.

In case of an internet outage, will my ORIGINAL Thermostat still work? Yes.

Even without an internet connection, your ORIGINAL Thermostat continues to function normally.

It automatically applies the heating schedule saved before the outage.

During the internet interruption, you can still set the temperature directly from the thermostat´s physical interface.

However, modifications from the app will not be possible until the connection is restored.

Once the connection is re-established, the app resumes control normally
