Nintendo Switch Just Shapes & Beats

Dive into the chaotic, rhythm-infused world of Just Shapes & Beats for the Nintendo Switch, a truly unique gaming experience where music is your salvation and your greatest threat. This is not your typical rhythm game; it´s a "musical bullet-hell" that combines the pulse-pounding action of classic arcade shooters with an electrifying soundtrack that dictates every moment of gameplay. Prepare to put your reflexes to the ultimate test as you navigate vibrant, minimalist levels where every shape, every laser, and every explosion is perfectly synchronized to the beat.

In Just Shapes & Beats, the gameplay is elegantly simple to grasp but offers a deeply satisfying challenge to master. You control a small geometric shape with one core objective: survive. You must deftly dodge a relentless onslaught of pink-hued projectiles and hazards that materialize and move in perfect time with the awesome chiptune and EDM soundtrack. The experience is an audiovisual spectacle, where the music isn´t just a background element—it is the level itself. Feel the bass drop as the screen floods with danger, and learn the rhythm of each track to anticipate patterns and find your path to safety.

Experience the full adventure in the game´s captivating Story Mode, "The Lost Chapter," which tells a surprisingly heartfelt tale without a single word of dialogue, relying entirely on its brilliant animation and the power of its music to convey emotion and narrative. For those seeking to prove their prowess, Challenge Mode offers a series of demanding trials where you can compete against the world on online leaderboards and solidify your status as a rhythm master.

The true heart of Just Shapes & Beats, however, shines in its multiplayer. This title is a premier party game for the Nintendo Switch. Team up with up to three friends in seamless drop-in, drop-out cooperative play, available both locally on a single console and online. Work together, revive fallen teammates, and experience the shared euphoria of conquering a particularly difficult track. The cooperative dynamic transforms the game from a personal challenge into a frantic, hilarious, and unforgettable social event. The game’s design makes it incredibly accessible for group play, ensuring everyone can join the fun.

Optimized for the versatility of the Nintendo Switch, you can enjoy this electrifying experience in any setting. Dock your console and experience the audiovisual chaos in TV mode on the big screen, share the Joy-Con controllers for an impromptu session in Tabletop mode, or immerse yourself in the beat with headphones in Handheld mode. With support for up to four players via local wireless and online play, and full compatibility with the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller for those who demand precision, Just Shapes & Beats delivers a complete and flexible gaming package.
