Playstation PS3 Battlefield: Hardline

Experience the Ultimate Cops vs. Criminals Fantasy with Battlefield: Hardline for PS3

Step away from the traditional military battlegrounds and dive into the gritty, high-stakes world of urban crime with Battlefield: Hardline on the PlayStation 3. Developed by Visceral Games, the masterminds behind the Dead Space series, this installment brings a fresh, fast-paced twist to the iconic Battlefield franchise. Choose your side in a thrilling war on crime, where tactical raids and explosive getaways are the new norm. This isn´t war; it´s a whole new playground of cops and criminals, offering a completely new dimension of first-person shooter action for your PS3 console.

Gripping Single-Player Crime Drama

Immerse yourself in a dramatic single-player campaign inspired by modern television crime dramas. You play as Nick Mendoza, a young Miami detective embroiled in a cross-country vendetta that blurs the lines between right and wrong. Presented in an episodic format complete with cliffhangers, the story offers player choice in how to tackle situations – go in guns blazing or use stealth, scanners, and non-lethal takedowns to arrest suspects and gather evidence. The compelling narrative, driven by a cast of memorable characters, will keep you on the edge of your seat from the opening scene to the final credits.

Fast-Paced, Strategic Multiplayer

The heart of the experience lies in its revolutionary multiplayer modes, all built on the foundation of teamwork and strategy that defines the Battlefield series.
* Hotwire: A high-speed chase mode where criminals try to steal marked cars while the cops attempt to stop them. It´s pure vehicular mayhem at its finest, turning the city streets into a chaotic battleground.
* Heist: Live out the classic bank job fantasy. Criminals must break into a vault, secure the packages, and fight their way to an extraction point. The cops´ objective is to stop them at all costs, leading to intense firefights in and around the objective.
* Blood Money: A frantic race between both factions to secure cash from a central pile and return it to their respective armored trucks. You can even raid the enemy´s truck for a big score, making for a high-risk, high-reward scenario.
* Rescue: A highly competitive 5v5 mode where SWAT teams must locate and extract hostages held by criminals. With no respawns in a round, every move is critical, demanding careful tactics and communication.

While the theme is new, the core of Battlefield remains. Experience the signature large-scale environmental destruction with Levolution, where you can bring down cranes, blow open bank vaults, or flood the streets to change the map dynamically. A vast arsenal of military-grade weapons, specialized gadgets like grappling hooks and zip lines, and a fleet of vehicles from armored SUVs to helicopters ensures that strategic team play is still the key to victory on the streets.
