PolarPro BaseCamp-Rail Mount Light Fly | Professional Accessory Mount

Elevate your filmmaking rig and unlock unparalleled creative freedom with the PolarPro BaseCamp-Rail Mount Light Fly. Designed exclusively for the professional BaseCamp Matte Box system, this essential accessory is the ultimate solution for videographers and photographers seeking to build a streamlined, efficient, and highly capable camera setup. Transform your BaseCamp from a simple light-control tool into the central hub of your entire production rig by seamlessly integrating your most critical on-camera accessories.

Key Benefits:

Experience a new level of on-set efficiency and versatility. The Rail Mount Light Fly empowers you to attach essential equipment directly to your matte box, keeping your camera cage free for other components and creating a more balanced, ergonomic setup. Mount an external monitor for precise framing and focus pulling, a shotgun microphone for capturing pristine audio, or an LED light for perfectly illuminated scenes. Its featherlight construction, true to the "Light Fly" name, ensures that you add maximum functionality with minimal weight, making it ideal for gimbal, drone, and handheld operations where every gram counts. The rock-solid locking mechanism provides complete peace of mind, ensuring your expensive accessories remain securely attached, even during dynamic movements and challenging shoots.

Main Features:

This meticulously engineered mount offers a robust and adaptable platform for your gear. It features a dual-mounting system, providing both a standard 1/4"-20 male thread and an integrated cold shoe mount. This versatility allows you to connect a vast array of industry-standard accessories without needing extra adapters. The tool-free, quick-release design enables you to attach, reposition, or remove the mount in seconds, allowing for rapid adjustments on the fly. Its intelligent design allows for 360-degree placement, meaning you can affix it to the top, left, or right rails of the BaseCamp system to perfectly suit your specific shooting style and rig configuration.

The secure attachment mechanism acts as one of the system´s core Sealants, creating a firm, vibration-free connection between the mount and the BaseCamp rail. This ensures a stable platform for your accessories, preventing micro-jitters in your monitor or unwanted handling noise from a loosely mounted microphone.
