I like this phone and it is fantastic for what it is and capable of. The only issue I'm having ,is activating using a sim. When I ordered it said unlocked though apn list is only Tmobile unless you dig and manipulate settings. I tried for over an hour and still no luck. I hope to God i wasn't lied to because i cant just buy another phone. It took me 2 years to be able to buy this phone. Othet than that it is great i miss the hidden soft home button that my S8 active and S7 active had though. The side button shortcut kept turning the flashlight on and that was hard to change because the settings are weird in my opinion. It's not straight to the point like most phones. I had to find a youtube fiz and even that was a pain cuz channels want that revenue so the video for a 10 second fix was 10 minutes lol. Im not dragging thia phone. They really went all out on technical things with this one. The price is unheard of too. And its huge in my little hand so i can see it better. TechINN was grear too. Kept me up to date with shipping even though late they let me know but i understand shipping since i work at Amazon. I just doesnt come from one place to your house. There's a bunch of stops between. Amazon does 2 day because they have warehouses close that can get the package you ordered before the actual shipping notification time starts to you and run 24hrs. Im happy with my device and techINN though wonder if its really unlocked because it says tmobile under APN. If it isnt ill just use tmobile.
