Smallrig 4520 Camera Z 6III cage kit

SmallRig Cage Kit for Nikon Z 6III 4520

Unleash the full cinematic potential of your Nikon Z 6III with the SmallRig 4520 Cage Kit, a comprehensive and robust solution designed for professional filmmakers and content creators. This all-in-one kit provides superior protection, extensive mounting options, and enhanced ergonomics, transforming your camera into a production-ready powerhouse without compromising its core functionality.

Engineered from a lightweight yet durable aluminum alloy, the form-fitting cage envelops your camera, safeguarding it from the rigors of on-set use. The innovative three-point locking system, utilizing a 1/4"-20 screw on the bottom and M2.5 screws on both sides, ensures your camera is securely fixed, completely eliminating any twisting or wobbling for perfectly stable footage. The design meticulously maintains full access to all camera buttons, card slots, the battery compartment, and the articulating screen, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Expand your creative possibilities with a vast array of mounting points. The cage is studded with multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes, including several with ARRI locating points to securely attach accessories like top handles and monitor mounts without any risk of rotation. Integrated features include a NATO rail for quick-release handles and accessories, a cold shoe mount for microphones or lights, and a QD socket for fast strap attachment and detachment.

The kit includes a dedicated HDMI & USB-C cable clamp that fastens with a simple thumbscrew. This essential component prevents accidental cable disconnections and protects your camer´s delicate ports from strain and damage, ensuring a stable data signal during critical recording or tethered shooting sessions.

For superior handling and low-angle shots, the included ergonomic ARRI Locating Top Handle provides a comfortable and secure grip. It also offers additional 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes and a cold shoe mount, further expanding your rig´s modularity. The integrated Arca-Swiss quick-release plate on the bottom of the cage allows for instantaneous transitions between tripods, gimbals (such as DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro), and handheld shooting, dramatically improving your workflow efficiency.
