Smallrig 5161 left side grip

Enhance your handheld shooting with the SMALLRIG 5161 Left Side Grip, an essential accessory for videographers and photographers seeking superior stability, comfort, and control. Ergonomically engineered to fit the natural contour of your left hand, this grip transforms your camera rig into a balanced, professional setup, significantly reducing fatigue during long shooting days and minimizing micro-jitters for smoother, more cinematic footage.

Achieve unparalleled handling and elevate your production value. The secure connection and robust design of the SMALLRIG 5161 provide the confidence to execute dynamic camera movements, from run-and-gun documentary work to intricate narrative scenes. Its primary benefit lies in creating a solid, stable point of contact with your rig, allowing for more precise control over focus, zoom, and camera positioning. This grip is not just an accessory; it is a fundamental upgrade for any filmmaker looking to improve operational efficiency and the overall quality of their visual storytelling. The thoughtful design also provides a platform for expanding your rig´s capabilities, turning a simple camera body into a fully-featured production tool.

Main features of the grip include a standard ARRI-style rosette mounting system, which offers a highly secure, rotation-resistant connection. For perfect ergonomic positioning, the grip provides vertical adjustability, allowing you to slide it up or down to find the most comfortable and balanced position relative to your camera cage and lens setup. A large, tool-less M6 thumb screw ensures rapid attachment, detachment, and adjustment on the fly, saving valuable time on set. For expanded functionality, the design integrates multiple accessory mounting points, including 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads, as well as a cold shoe mount on top, ideal for attaching microphones, small LED lights, or monitor mounts.
