Tebeos Dolmen Editorial Apocalipsis Island comic

Finally, humanity won the battle against the undead and managed to survive, albeit at a very high price.

We find ourselves with a society that has learned to live with zombie outbreaks, where there have been no more government elections and where the far right and conservatism prevail.

The army has been trained to quell the outbreaks that appear sporadically, and humanity coexists "peacefully," forgetting the war that almost led to its extinction... a mistake that will be dearly paid for.

In the midst of all this, twenty years after the first outbreak of 1985, disaster strikes in Mallorca.

On January 5, 2010, in the middle of the Three Kings´ night, a new mass infection takes place in the Palma prison, turning all the inmates and staff into zombies.

This tide of the undead falls upon the city, sowing terror and chaos among its inhabitants.

The army, the first line of defense against the undead, ends up inexplicably withdrawing, and the Three Kings´ parade turns into a real massacre.

The island is quickly quarantined and left to its fate while two friends - a carpenter and his best friend, a scientist who was returning to Mallorca to rest after four years of researching the zombie phenomenon in the United States - will try to survive and discover what is happening.
