Tebeos Dolmen Editorial Husmeante comic

Discover a seminal masterpiece of Argentine comics with Husmeante by Dolmen Editorial, a must-have for any discerning Fan Zone collection of books and comics. This definitive edition resurrects the iconic work from the legendary creative duo of Carlos Trillo and Domingo Mandrafina, delivering a powerful and prescient graphic novel experience. Immerse yourself in a world that, while conceived four decades ago, mirrors the complexities and conflicts of our own time with uncanny accuracy.

In a world of perpetual war between humans and mutants, with strikes, demonstrations and elections that plague the daily life of a classist society, a private detective who works as a mercenary for the highest bidder fights for an important goal: his own well-being.

His lack of scruples, a completely broken moral compass and a natural cowardice hidden by a lot of effort will be his best weapons to survive in a lost world.

Black genre, post-apocalyptic science fiction, sex, black humor and socio-political reflections, Husmeante is a creation of two legends of Argentine comics such as Carlos Trillo (Alvar Mayor, El Peregrino de las Estrellas) and Domingo Mandrafina (Metro Carguero).

This comprehensive volume, full of extras and with the direct involvement of Mandrafina himself in a new restoration, comprehensively collects those nine original stories that began to be published in Don and ended in the magazine Fierro.

Nine stories from four decades ago, but more current than ever.

This essential Dolmen Editorial publication is far more than a simple reprint; it is a meticulous archival project. Experience the gritty, cynical, and darkly humorous world of Husmeante with unparalleled clarity, thanks to a brand-new restoration process conducted with the direct participation and approval of artist Domingo Mandrafina. This ensures every line and shadow is presented with the highest fidelity to the original vision. As a complete, single-volume collection, this edition gathers all nine hard-to-find original stories, making it the ultimate omnibus for both devoted followers of Trillo and Mandrafin´s groundbreaking careers and new readers looking to explore a cornerstone of international sci-fi noir. This is the perfect opportunity to own a vital piece of comic book history, beautifully preserved and presented for the modern collector.
