Visico HC-405 Honeycomb Grid

VISICO HC-405 Honeycomb Grid for 40.5 cm Standard Reflectors

Achieve unparalleled control over your studio lighting with the VISICO HC-405 Honeycomb Grid. Designed specifically for photographers and videographers who demand precision, this essential accessory transforms a standard 40.5 cm reflector into a highly focused and directional light source. Say goodbye to unwanted light spill and hello to clean, professional-quality illumination that elevates your creative vision. It is the definitive tool for sculpting light and adding a dramatic, polished finish to your images.

The power of the HC-405 lies in its meticulously engineered 6x6 mm honeycomb structure. This design works to collimate the light beam, effectively channeling it forward and drastically limiting side scatter. The result is a tighter, more concentrated circle of light, giving you the power to illuminate your subject with pinpoint accuracy while keeping the surrounding area dark. This precise control is fundamental for creating mood, drama, and a sophisticated look in any studio environment, reducing unwanted reflections and improving the overall contrast of your scene.

This level of light-shaping capability makes the VISICO HC-405 an indispensable tool for a range of photographic disciplines. It is especially recommended for portrait photography, where you can create stunning, high-contrast images by focusing light directly on the subject and letting the background fall into deep shadow, creating a classic and timeless effect. For product and detail photography, the grid excels at highlighting intricate textures, defining volumes, and making your subject pop from the background. By producing sharper, more defined shadows, it adds a layer of depth and dimension that is crucial for impactful commercial and artistic work.

Built for the rigors of a busy studio, the HC-405 features a robust and durable construction that ensures longevity even with intensive daily use. Its design prioritizes not only strength but also convenience. Installation is quick and effortless, allowing you to mount and remove the grid from compatible 40.5 cm reflectors in seconds. This seamless integration into your workflow means less time spent on setup and more time focused on capturing the perfect shot.
