Yamaha P-145B Digital Piano: Authentic Feel in a Compact Design

Discover the Yamaha P-145B, an exceptional digital piano that offers an authentic and rewarding musical experience, specifically tailored for beginner pianists and those seeking a high-quality, portable instrument. As a distinguished model in the renowned Yamaha P-Series, the P-145B focuses on providing the fundamental elements of a genuine piano performance in a sleek, modern, and accessible format. Its minimalist design seamlessly integrates into any living space, offering a sophisticated look without compromising on functionality.

At the heart of the P-145B is the newly developed Graded Hammer Compact (GHC) keyboard action. This 88-key keyboard is meticulously engineered to replicate the distinct feel of an acoustic piano, where the keys feel heavier in the low register and progressively lighter in the high register. This realistic touch and consistent response are crucial for developing proper finger strength and technique, ensuring a smooth transition to an acoustic piano in the future. The compact nature of the GHC action allows the instrument to maintain a remarkably slim and portable profile without sacrificing an authentic playing feel.

The sound of the P-145B is derived from a meticulous sampling of Yamaha´s premier full concert grand piano, the CFIIIS. This allows you to experience the rich, resonant, and expressive tones of a world-class instrument. The inclusion of a Damper Resonance function further enhances this realism by recreating the complex and beautiful sympathetic string vibrations that occur when the damper pedal is used on a grand piano, adding incredible depth and nuance to your playing. Every performance is delivered with stunning clarity and richness, capturing the full dynamic range of your expression.

Designed for the modern musician, the Yamaha P-145B boasts seamless integration with Yamaha´s proprietary smart device applications. Connect to the "Smart Pianist" app to unlock a world of intuitive control, allowing you to easily access and adjust voices, settings, and other functions directly from your smartphone or tablet´s screen. For those who wish to capture and share their musical journey, the "Rec´n´Share" app makes it simple to record high-quality audio and video of your performances and share them directly to your favorite social media platforms.

Beyond its core piano experience, the P-145B is equipped with a range of features to support your practice and creativity. Explore a curated selection of 10 different high-quality instrument voices, including electric pianos, organs, and strings. The Sound Boost function provides an extra punch of power and presence, ensuring your instrument cuts through in a group setting or delivers a more impactful solo performance. Its thoughtfully designed speaker system provides a clear, balanced sound that is optimized for acoustic performance, whether the piano is placed on a stand or a desk, even when positioned against a wall. The compact and lightweight body makes the P-145B incredibly easy to move, store, and transport, making it the perfect choice for home practice, lessons, or small gigs
