Made with Goodyear welt, the upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, not merely glued, like many footwear constructions. This, together with our Z welt-stitch and heat-sealing process, makes it unique. Dr. Martens have an air-cushioned sole, are oil and fat resistant and offer good abrasion and slip resistance.

Fantastic boots. Done with the previous 10 years. I forgot they run smaller. I normally have 40. So now quickly order a 41. Well insole because I have narrow feet. Ideal for my heel spurs and flexible joints: walking like clouds.

Very happy with my new 14 eye Virginia Boots. Beautifully comfortable although a little hard to get on due to my high instep. I'm sure they will give a bit as the leather is lovely and soft. Delivered within time slot but had to wait three weeks for the UK Price very good so will defiantly shop again.
