The Obex BC Mips is designed for enhanced traceability and durability in the backcountry.
Updated this year to include Mips, the helmet features an NFC medical ID chip so rescuers can access vital medical information at the scene of an injury, helping them make the best judgments for treatment in the vital “golden hour” immediately after an accident.
A RECCO® reflector enhances searchability.
A thicker polycarbonate shell compared to the Obex Mips gives greater durability.
The helmet is compatible with the Obex Communication headset and is designed for a seamless fit with POC goggles.
Fully adjustable ventilation and removable ear pads ensure user comfort.

The POC obex bc fluorescent orange avip 2XL . Fits like a glove . Looks great on unlike other large size helmets . is so light weight and has the mips as well . As a ski instructor with a 61.25 cm head I’ve been looking for a helmet like this for a long time , everything else I’ve tried looked stupid yet despite only seeing the pictures this helmet has nailed it for me . Service and delivery excellent. Website needs the odd tweak as know I’ve got to do it all again for the other two items . However the Spanish seem to be showing Europe and especially the UK how it should be done. Regards Bruce Taylor BASI dip WCF

Your height and weight are irrelevant it is the size of your head that is important the same as any hat . They have some adjust. But measure your head in cm around just above your ears . XS-S/51-54. M-L/55-58. XL-XXL/59-62. My helmet this whole season has been excellent in every way . Light weight great ventilation control comfortable and visible so clients can see and follow easily in all conditions with the orange highlight . Ski in control give way to those in front and just enjoy it as done as safely as you can it’s the greatest sport there is . Stay on the balls of your feet and don’t lean back , enjoy
