The heart of this incredible machine is its refined power system. A V2 12-blade 90mm fan, paired with a high-RPM brushless inrunner motor, generates immense thrust and a turbine-like sound that will turn heads at the field. Managing this power is the factory-installed 130-Amp Spektrum Avian™ Smart ESC, which provides real-time battery voltage, current, motor RPM, and other critical data via compatible receivers and transmitters, eliminating the need for extra sensors or modules.

Flying the Viper 90mm is a dream, thanks to the pre-installed Spektrum AR637TA receiver featuring industry-leading AS3X® and optional-use SAFE® Select technologies. AS3X works behind the scenes to smooth out the effects of wind and turbulence, providing a locked-in feel that makes you feel like you´re piloting a much larger, expertly-tuned aircraft. For added confidence, you can activate the optional SAFE Select flight envelope protection, which offers pitch and bank angle limits and automatic self-leveling at the flip of a switch, making takeoffs and landings more manageable than ever.

This BNF Basic model comes with the power system, servos, and a Spektrum 2.4GHz receiver installed. To complete it, you will need to provide your own full-range 6+ channel Spektrum DSMX®/DSM2® compatible transmitter, a 6S 22.2V 4000–7000mAh LiPo battery with an EC5™ or IC5® connector, and a compatible LiPo charger.
