This system is meticulously engineered for creators who demand efficiency, quality, and creative flexibility in their photography and cinematography workflows.

The FREEWELL Eiger Matte Box Filter System Magnetic IRND4 Black is a versatile and high-quality filter system designed for professional photographers and videographers. This matte box attaches easily to your camera lens and features a magnetic design for quick and effortless filter changes. The included IRND4 filter reduces the amount of light entering the lens by 2 stops, allowing you to achieve the perfect exposure in bright lighting conditions. The matte box is made of durable materials and is compatible with a wide range of lenses, making it ideal for capturing stunning photos and videos in any environment. Whether you´re shooting landscape scenes, portraits, or action shots, the FREEWELL Eiger Matte Box Filter System will enhance the quality of your images and help you achieve your creative vision.

At the heart of the Eiger system is its groundbreaking magnetic mounting mechanism. This innovative design allows you to swap filters with unprecedented speed and security, ensuring you never miss a critical shot while fumbling with traditional screw-in or slot-in filters. The strong magnetic connection provides a confident, secure lock, yet allows for instantaneous changes, adapting to shifting light conditions in seconds. The matte box housing itself is a crucial tool for any serious filmmaker or photographer, effectively shielding the lens from stray light to eliminate unwanted glare and lens flare. This significantly enhances contrast and color saturation for a cleaner, more professional, and cinematic image. Its adjustable carbon fiber top flag provides precise control over overhead light sources.

The system´s IRND4 filter is crafted to the highest optical standards. The "IR" designation signifies advanced infrared protection, which neutralizes infrared light pollution to guarantee true color neutrality. This prevents the common color cast, especially in dark or shadow areas, that plagues lesser-quality ND filters. The ND4 rating provides a 2-stop light reduction, making it the perfect tool for achieving a shallow depth of field for beautiful background bokeh in bright sun or for introducing subtle, cinematic motion blur in your videos by maintaining a slower shutter speed. Constructed from lightweight yet robust aerospace-grade materials, the FREEWELL Eiger Matte Box system is built to withstand the rigors of field production without weighing down your camera setup. It offers a new standard of convenience and image fidelity for discerning creators
