Achieve the coveted softbox look without the bulk or expense of an entirely new modifier. By stretching this purpose-built diffusion fabric across the front of your compatible umbrella, you instantly create a large, soft light source. This is the key to producing stunning portraits with flattering skin tones, gentle shadow transitions, and a polished, high-end finish. The diffuser minimizes harsh highlights and deep, distracting shadows, allowing the true texture, form, and detail of your subject to shine through with exceptional clarity. It is the perfect solution for anyone looking to expand their creative lighting capabilities and add more versatility to their existing gear.

GODOX DPU-130T Diffusion Fabric for a 130 cm Umbrella.

The GODOX DPU-130T diffusion fabric is a practical accessory designed for the 16-panel GODOX UB-130D parabolic umbrella with a diameter of 130 cm.

Mounted on the open side of the umbrella, it instantly transforms it into a functional softbox, allowing you to achieve much softer, evenly diffused light.

It´s a simple way to expand the capabilities of your existing equipment and achieve more professional lighting effects during photo shoots.

Soft light and a natural look in your photos.

The translucent fabric effectively diffuses the light and reduces overexposure, making the lighting more uniform and flattering for the subject.

It allows for more natural tonal transitions and softer shadows, which works well for both portrait photography and many other applications requiring soft light.

This product is compatible with the GODOX UB-130D parabolic umbrella (130 cm diameter), which is not included in the set.

The versatility of the DPU-130T makes it an indispensable tool in any lighting kit. In portrait and fashion work, it wraps your subject in a gentle, pleasing light that significantly reduces the need for extensive post-production retouching. For product photographers, it provides broad, even illumination that reveals product details without creating distracting specular highlights or reflections. Videographers will appreciate the soft, cinematic quality of light it produces, making it ideal for interviews, vlogs, and talking-head segments where natural and flattering lighting is paramount for a professional broadcast look. Its quick-to-mount design means you can switch between a hard, specular parabolic source and a soft, diffused source in seconds, adapting instantly to the creative demands of your shoot.
