HAMA Classic S60 Document Shredder: Secure and Compact Paper Disposal

Protect your personal and business information with the essential HAMA Classic S60 Document Shredder. As a vital component of your office supplies, this device offers a straightforward and reliable solution for the secure disposal of confidential documents. Perfectly suited for home offices and small business environments, the Classic S60 ensures that your sensitive data, from bank statements and invoices to private correspondence, is destroyed effectively and kept out of the wrong hands.

Key Benefits of the HAMA Classic S60 Shredder

Essential Security for Your Peace of Mind:
The core function of any shredder is security, and the HAMA Classic S60 delivers. It employs a strip-shredding method that cuts your documents into thin 6 mm strips. This process provides basic security (P-2 according to DIN 66399), making it ideal for destroying internal documents, drafts, and general paperwork that contains sensitive information. By turning readable pages into a pile of narrow strips, you significantly reduce the risk of identity theft and data breaches from discarded paper.

Effortless and Convenient Operation:
Designed for maximum convenience, this paper shredder features an automatic start/stop function. An integrated light barrier detects when paper is inserted into the 22 cm wide slot, activating the shredding mechanism instantly. Once the paper has passed through, the device stops automatically, saving energy and reducing wear. In the unlikely event of a paper jam, the practical reverse function allows you to quickly and easily clear the blockage, ensuring minimal disruption to your workflow.

Space-Saving and Versatile Design:
The HAMA Classic S60 is engineered with a compact and intelligent design. This shredder is not a bulky, standalone unit; it is a shredder head designed to be placed directly on top of your existing wastepaper basket. This clever feature saves valuable floor and desk space, making it a perfect fit for smaller workspaces where every inch counts. Its universal design allows it to sit securely on most common round or rectangular bins, transforming any standard bin into a secure shredding station.
