Ivrea Dr. Stone Nº14 comic

The Day Humanity Turned to Stone: Dr. Stone

The story begins with Taiju Oki, a strong but somewhat clumsy teenager, finally mustering the courage to confess his love to Yuzuriha. However, just before he can utter the words, a blinding light engulfs the world, turning all of humanity to stone.

3.689 years and 158 days later, Taiju awakens from his petrified state, only to discover that he is the lone survivor. But his despair is short-lived when he encounters his friend Senku, a scientific genius with a pragmatic mind. Together, they develop a formula to revive others from their stone prisons.

Their mission: rebuild civilization from the ground up, replicating the technological advancements lost in the catastrophe. Time is of the essence, as they strive to reach the modern era before succumbing to the harsh realities of the Stone Age.

Their journey is fraught with challenges, from recreating basic necessities to battling the wild beasts that now roam the Earth. They are joined by Yuzuriha, Taiju´s eternal love, and a diverse cast of characters.

Will they succeed in their ambitious goal? Are there others who have awakened on their own? And if so, do they share the same peaceful intentions? Can the combination of Senku´s intellect and Taiju´s strength lay the foundation for a new Stone Age?

These questions and more will be answered in the very first volume, opening the door to a world of exploration and intrigue
