RAM MOUNTS C Size Short Double Socket Arm for Secure Device Mounting

Experience unparalleled stability and adjustability with the RAM MOUNTS C Size Short Double Socket Arm, the essential connector for your heavy-duty mounting needs. As a cornerstone of the world-renowned RAM mounting ecosystem, this short arm, designated as the RAM-201U-B, is engineered to provide a rock-solid and highly versatile connection between two C Size 1.5" diameter ball bases. It is the perfect solution for professionals and enthusiasts who demand reliability and precision when securing their valuable devices, including large smartphones, GPS units, and Tablets.

The primary benefit of this double socket arm lies in its exceptional strength and its ability to offer near-limitless positioning options. Whether you are navigating rough terrain in an off-road vehicle, piloting an aircraft through turbulence, or operating heavy machinery, this component ensures your device remains exactly where you need it, free from slippage and excessive vibration. Its compact, short-arm profile is ideal for applications where a low-profile setup is desired, minimizing obstruction while maximizing stability and holding power. This makes it a superior choice for mounting devices in tight cockpits, vehicle dashboards, or any space-conscious workstation.

A single, oversized knob on the side of the arm is the key to its simple yet robust functionality. With a quick twist, you can loosen the entire arm to make fluid, on-the-fly adjustments to your device´s position. Once you achieve the perfect viewing angle, simply tighten the knob to lock both ball connections firmly in place. This intuitive design allows for effortless one-handed operation, ensuring you can reposition your screen without taking your focus off the task at hand. The arm’s design excels at damping shock and vibration, protecting your electronics from the stresses of demanding environments.

The RAM-201U-B, short double socket arm, has a socket at both ends that accommodates 1.5 ball bases.

A single spring inside the arm opens the end sockets, allowing you to pivot the ball and socket connection.

This socket technology allows for almost infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angles.
