SMALLRIG FreeBlazer Heavy-Duty Carbon Fiber Monopod 5565 | Professional Stability & Versatility

Elevate your photo and video production with the SMALLRIG FreeBlazer Heavy-Duty Carbon Fiber Monopod 5565, an essential tool engineered for professional photographers and videographers who demand stability, versatility, and portability. Designed to support heavy camera rigs without sacrificing mobility, this monopod is the ultimate solution for capturing dynamic, steady shots in any environment, from run-and-gun filmmaking to wildlife photography and live event coverage. Its advanced construction and modular design provide the creative freedom to move with your subject, achieving cinematic results that are impossible with a traditional tripod.

Experience the perfect balance of strength and lightweight performance. The main body is crafted from high-quality, multi-layer carbon fiber, a material renowned for its exceptional rigidity and vibration-dampening properties. This advanced construction significantly reduces the overall weight compared to aluminum alternatives, minimizing operator fatigue during long shoots while providing the robust support needed for professional cinema cameras, DSLRs with large telephoto lenses, and full video rigs. The impressive payload capacity ensures your valuable equipment is always secure, giving you peace of mind to focus on your creative vision.

Discover unparalleled versatility with the innovative modular design. The standout feature is its detachable tripod base, which transforms the unit´s functionality. Use it as a traditional, high-performance monopod for capturing stable shots on the move. For low-angle perspectives or tabletop interviews, detach the monopod shaft and use the tripod base independently as a mini tripod. A patented quick-release system enables you to switch between these configurations in seconds, adapting instantly to the demands of your shoot without needing extra tools.

Achieve smooth, fluid-like camera movements with the integrated fluid damping base. The base features a ball head mechanism that offers 360° of smooth panning and a wide tilting range, allowing you to follow action, create elegant pans, and capture dynamic tilting shots with cinematic precision. This functionality is crucial for videographers seeking to add a professional touch to their work, providing the smooth motion control typically associated with larger, more expensive fluid heads. The base can be locked vertically for static shots or unlocked for dynamic movement.

Designed for rapid deployment and ease of use in the field, the monopod features ergonomic, large-surface flip-lock leg mechanisms. These locks allow for quick and secure height adjustments with a simple flick, ensuring you never miss a critical moment. The multi-section design provides an extensive height range, collapsing to a portable size for transport and extending to an impressive maximum height to capture shots from above crowds or from unique high-angle perspectives. This combination of speed, stability, and reach makes the SMALLRIG 5565 an indispensable partner for creators who refuse to compromise.
