I purchased this item, requesting delivery to fermo point. The shipping times were almost respected, only 2 days late. The item was unfortunately damaged:, buzzing at night and display slightly detached, so much so that it was not possible to read the time well. I contacted customer service: fast communication and full refund. Too bad for the item, but the customer service was top.
