I am completely happy with everything about my first experience with Tech Inn. The price was cheaper than Amazon. Tech Inn was one of the few places that had it in stock. The order was processed fast. I ordered a different electronic product from a store in New York at the same time. My Tech Inn warthog HOTAS arrived three days earlier than that item. And I live in the States! The HOTAS was delivered in the manufacture's box undamaged and working fine.

I was afraid the price would be to good to be true, but after researching TechInn and seeing more positive reviews recently I went ahead and ordered this product from them. A day after ordering they pushed the delivery date back 5 days, I choose the DHL option for shipping. But in fact it was delivered only 1 day after the initial promised date. Totally acceptable. The product is exactly as advertised and arrived with no damage working perfectly. I definitely recommend saving 0 by ordering through TechInn, was totally worth it.

The Thrustmaster HOTAS does not come with any electrical plug. Each part (2) comes with a USB plug that must be connected to the PC (or to a USB 3.0 hub). The power needed for the device is provided by this USB cable. I recommend you to have a USB 3.0 hub that has its own power, so as not to overload the power supply of your PC. Install the corresponding software and configure both parts and it is ready to use.
