Unmatched Protection and Rust Prevention

The most significant threat to your high-performance ice skate blades is rust and accidental damage. The EDEA Maxi Buddies are engineered to combat both. The moment you step off the ice, residual moisture begins its corrosive work. These blade protectors feature an incredibly thick and absorbent inner padding that wicks away moisture, keeping your blades completely dry. This proactive approach is the single best way to prevent the formation of rust, which can dull edges and degrade the steel over time. Furthermore, the extra padding provides a cushioned barrier, safeguarding your meticulously sharpened edges from accidental nicks, chips, and dings that can occur during transport. Your blades will remain sharp and pristine, and your skate bag and other belongings will be protected from sharp edges.

Superior Design and Durability

Crafted with the quality and attention to detail synonymous with the EDEA brand, the Maxi Buddies are built to last. The exterior is made from a soft, luxurious velvet that feels great to the touch and features a beautifully embroidered EDEA logo, showcasing your commitment to quality. A key feature is the reinforced base, which is specifically designed to withstand contact with the sharpest part of the blade. This prevents the blade from cutting through the material, ensuring the longevity of the bladeguards themselves. For ultimate convenience, the EDEA Maxi Buddies are fully washable, allowing you to easily maintain their hygiene and vibrant appearance session after session.
