Modify Marui V2/V3 Smooth Modular Gear Set Torque Cassette

MODIFY Marui V2/V3 Smooth Modular Gear Set Torque Cassette

Revolutionize your airsoft AEG upgrades with the MODIFY Marui V2/V3 Smooth Modular Gear Set Torque Cassette. Designed for the discerning airsoft technician and performance-driven player, this innovative gear set eliminates the most frustrating and time-consuming aspects of gearbox assembly. If you´ve ever struggled with the meticulous process of shimming gears, this modular system is the game-changing solution you´ve been waiting for. The core of this set is its unique cassette design, which houses the spur and sector gears in a single, pre-aligned unit. This brilliant engineering simplifies installation to an unprecedented degree, ensuring a perfect mesh and smooth operation right out of the box, saving you valuable time and guaranteeing professional-grade results.

This Torque version is specifically engineered for power and response. It is the ultimate upgrade for players looking to build high-FPS DMRs, support weapons, or simply achieve lightning-fast trigger response in semi-automatic fire. The high-torque gear ratio provides your motor with the mechanical advantage needed to effortlessly pull high-strength springs (such as M130-M170), reducing strain on your entire electrical system and improving overall reliability under heavy loads. Experience the satisfying snap of a perfectly tuned gearbox and the confidence that your AEG can handle the most demanding performance upgrades.

Key Benefits:

* Effortless Installation & Perfect Shimming: The signature feature of this set is the modular gear cassette. The spur and sector gears are pre-assembled and perfectly aligned within the cassette, eliminating the need for individual shimming. Your only task is to shim the bevel gear to the motor pinion and then the entire cassette to the bevel gear. This cuts down installation time dramatically and removes the guesswork, ensuring a quiet, efficient, and perfectly meshed gear train every time.
* Unmatched Torque & Performance: Engineered with a high-torque ratio, this gear set is the foundation for any high-power or high-response build. It allows your motor to cycle stronger springs with less effort, leading to higher muzzle velocity and reduced stress on your battery and motor. For semi-auto focused players, this translates to an incredibly crisp and responsive trigger pull.
* Enhanced Efficiency and Durability: The "Smooth" in the name refers to the precision manufacturing process that results in exceptionally low-friction gear surfaces. This superior finish reduces operational noise, minimizes wear and tear, and improves the overall efficiency of your gearbox. Your AEG will run smoother, sound more professional, and your battery will last longer during intense gameplay.
