Prometheus M16 A2/M4 Air nozzle

Prometheus M16 A2 / M4 Air Nozzle | High-Performance AEG Upgrade

Unlock the true potential of your M4 or M16 series AEG with the legendary precision of the Prometheus Air Nozzle. For the discerning airsoft player and technician, achieving a perfect air seal is the cornerstone of performance, and this component is engineered to deliver just that. Designed by LayLax´s premier brand, Prometheus, this nozzle is a critical upgrade for anyone serious about maximizing their rifle´s efficiency, power, and consistency.

The nozzle is an essential part for any AEG upgrade.

This tighter sealed air seal nozzle improves the air tightness of the cylinder and increase the muzzle velocity.

It is internally equipped with an o-ring.

By replacing your stock, often inefficient, air nozzle, you are directly addressing one of the most common areas of air loss within an AEG gearbox. The Prometheus M16 A2/M4 Air Nozzle creates a superior, near-perfect seal against the cylinder head, ensuring that every bit of compressed air from the piston is channeled directly behind the BB. This meticulous air management translates into tangible on-field advantages.

Key Benefits:

* Increased Muzzle Velocity (FPS): By eliminating air leaks between the nozzle and cylinder head, this upgrade ensures maximum air pressure is exerted on the BB for each shot. This results in a significant and stable increase in muzzle velocity, helping you get the most out of your existing spring.
* Unmatched Shot-to-Shot Consistency: A perfect air seal means a consistent volume of air is used for every cycle. This drastically reduces FPS deviation between shots, leading to a more predictable BB trajectory and a noticeable improvement in long-range accuracy and grouping.
* Improved Air Efficiency: When air isn´t wasted, your AEG´s gearbox works smarter, not harder. This improved efficiency can lead to a higher number of shots per battery charge and reduces the overall stress on your gearbox internals, contributing to a longer lifespan for your AEG.
* Superior Reliability: Manufactured to the highest standards of Japanese engineering, Prometheus parts are renowned for their durability and flawless performance under pressure. Trust in a component that won´t fail you during a critical moment.

Main Features:

* Internal O-Ring Seal: The core of its performance, an integrated internal o-ring creates an airtight seal with the cylinder head´s nozzle, which is the primary feature for preventing power loss.
* Precision Engineering: Crafted with incredibly tight tolerances, the nozzle´s dimensions are optimized for a perfect fit and smooth travel within the tappet plate and hop-up chamber of M4/M16 platforms.
* Low-Friction Surface: The nozzle is constructed from a high-density, self-lubricating material that ensures smooth, rapid cycling without unnecessary drag, contributing to a stable rate of fire.

Mouthpieces of the Gearbox

Think of the air nozzle as the critical mouthpiece for your AEG´s compression system. It is the final component that directs the focused blast of air from the cylinder assembly into the hop-up chamber, initiating the BB´s journey down the barrel. The quality of this "mouthpiece" directly dictates how efficiently that transfer of energy occurs. The Prometheus nozzle is a precision-machined mouthpiece, designed to speak with authority and consistency every time you pull the trigger.
