Solarez Polyester 2oz repair kit

SOLAREZ Polyester 2oz Repair Kit: Instant, Professional-Grade Repairs

Don´t let dings, cracks, or gouges on your prized equipment keep you on the sidelines. The SOLAREZ Polyester 2oz Repair Kit is the ultimate solution for fast, incredibly strong, and permanent repairs on polyester-based items like surfboards, boats, kayaks, jet skis, and other fiberglass marine craft. Engineered for simplicity and performance, this kit empowers you to make professional-quality fixes in minutes, not hours, getting you back to the activities you love without delay.

What makes SOLAREZ the leading choice for maintenance and repair? The magic is in the formula. SOLAREZ repair putty is a mixture of clear, non-yellowing, high-strength, fiber-reinforced polyester resin and an amazing solar-activated catalyst. This advanced composition eliminates the guesswork and mess associated with traditional two-part resins. There is no mixing required, just use it right from the tube for unparalleled convenience. Apply the putty directly to the damaged area, even in a garage or workshop, as it will only harden when exposed to the sun.

Experience the power of solar activation. The moment you expose the repair to sunlight, the curing process begins. It gels in 30 seconds, curing in 3 minutes - but ONLY when exposed to sunlight. This gives you ample time to work indoors to apply and smooth the putty perfectly before taking it outside to cure. The proprietary formula assures that millions of fiberglass fibers are thoroughly wet-out and evenly dispersed in every dose, creating a repair that is exceptionally strong and structurally sound.

Achieve a flawless, factory-quality finish with every application. The unique bubble-free mixture ensures a smooth, non-porous surface, eliminating the tiny air pockets that can weaken other repair products. This results in denser cross-linking and a superior surface cure, creating a harder, more impact-resistant, and completely waterproof seal. Because it contains no residual peroxides after curing, the repair is safer and more stable, preventing long-term degradation. Furthermore, its remarkable UV Stable properties mean the patch remains crystal clear and will not yellow or break down over time, keeping your repair virtually invisible. For a perfect final touch, the kit comes with a 60/240 grit sand pad to flawlessly blend the repair into the surrounding surface.
