The double sheet will fit the silicone strap of your mask between its two layers.
Mounting:
Untight the silicone strap of your mask and insert it between the two layers of the neoprene strap.
Retighten the silicone strap to the mask buckle.

I´ve bought this extra layer, and the material is nice, but there are two points that could be better. First you have to take out the strap to put this (others have Velcro or something similar to avoid that). And in the case your mask have a wide strap on the back of the head, it won´t fit inside the neoprene. (my case).
