BEST DIVERS Retractor Dyneema Cable Extender with Lock

Tired of dangling gauges, cumbersome gear, and the constant risk of damaging or losing your expensive equipment underwater? Keep your essential diving accessories secure, streamlined, and instantly accessible with the state-of-the-art BEST DIVERS Retractor Dyneema Cable Extender. This indispensable tool is expertly designed for the serious diver who demands reliability, control, and convenience on every dive. It´s the ultimate solution for managing your dive computer, console, underwater camera, torch, or any other valuable accessory, ensuring your gear stays close to your body to reduce drag and prevent entanglement, while remaining ready for immediate use.

Experience ultimate control with the revolutionary locking mechanism. This special LOCK version of the acclaimed retractor features an innovative system that sets it apart. While impressively small in its retracted state, it boasts a generous cable extension of up to 90 cm, giving you ample room to maneuver. The defining feature is its ability to lock the cable at any desired length. With a simple press of the conveniently located side button, you can instantly block the spring´s recoil. This allows you to hold your dive computer steady for easy reading, stabilize a camera for the perfect shot, or consult your compass without the constant tension of a standard retractor pulling your gear back. Press the button again to release the lock and the cable smoothly retracts, keeping your equipment neat and secure.

At the heart of this high-performance retractor is its advanced DYNEEMA cable. All our retractors are fitted with this superior material, renowned for its exceptional strength and durability. DYNEEMA lanyards possess a strength-to-weight ratio that is comparable to, and in many cases exceeds, that of steel cables. However, unlike steel, Dyneema offers the significant advantage of resisting torsional and bending stresses incredibly well, preventing the kinking and fraying that can compromise lesser extenders over time. Furthermore, DYNEEMA is significantly lighter than steel, contributing to a more comfortable and less cumbersome dive profile. This robust construction ensures long-lasting performance in the most demanding marine environments.

Designed for efficiency and durability, the retractor features a robust Nylon body that can withstand the rigors of diving. The internal spring mechanism is crafted from high-grade stainless steel for consistent, reliable retraction and corrosion resistance. Secure attachment to your BCD, harness, or other gear is made effortless by the tough Nylon carabiner, which includes a stainless steel retainer for added security and peace of mind. This retractor is a vital component for any diver looking to enhance their gear management, improve safety, and dive with confidence.

Excellent retractor, strong, well made, and its a real benefit that it can be locked into place. Means my kit is clipped off to my backplate keeping my trim clean, but easily reached when needed.

I have quite a few retractable cables for diving but this has a locking mechanism so you can lock it at a comfortable length without having ,to maintain pressure to keep it at arms length. Highly recommended.

This retractor looks a bit unfinished on the outside than I normally have, but the Dyneema cable does promise quality. We'll see how it holds up while diving

Super happy with this product, with this I already have two equals, one for the GoPro hero 7 with its frame and spotlights and another for a flashlight for nocturnal. Super happy and very durable.

Best divers retractor autolock dyneema cable one size

The thing is just super rope is super long and with the catch you do not always have to hold against the spring. One point deduction for the long delivery time. Since you're already spoiled by Amazo. Since you know when ordering, until when the truth arrives. I would buy it anyway
