I have been ordering for years now. If it's a large order, it may happen that some items hold the whole order, whilst some items are being restocked. But once you message such when week's pass by, it tends to become a split order. Which is a positive. This is however not the norm. I love the user friendly website. And trust has been built. Many different items and choices to spoil you from. Also besides the good sale that goes on in Summer, I never received a discount code throughout all these years. Like other good online stores may do. The negative thing I would feedback for improvement, is size charts. Many times the system suggests you a generic size by the history of clothes sizes that you order. However we know how sizes may differ between brands. Therefore a size chart specific to the brand, should always be available and not sometimes. Thank you for your service!

Overall good experience The only complaint that I have is regarding the packaging. Considering I have ordered some very expensive equipment, it would've been nice to have it wrapped in some kind of anti-shock material - which it wasn't. The cardboard packaging was already a bit damaged and squished when it was delivered.
