Я взял стельки 41-43 для калоши C400 42-43. У меня размер ноги 43 и без стелек я одевал носки 3-5 мм. А теперь со стельками я имею ласты которые без носков позволяют мне нырять в бассейне. Ласты теперь сидят на ноге идеально, не жмут и не болтаются. Я бы купил ещё одну пару для калош большего размера, но пока их нет в продаже.

If your foot size is 28cm, you can wear 46/47 with 5mm boots. The foot pocket is c400.

I wear a fin of 43-44 with a 5 mm sock. Which insole should I take (41-43 or 44-47)?

definitely 44-47. If necessary, you can trim it with scissors around the edge if it doesn´t fit into the fin.

I would buy the 44-47 ones, because I bought the 41-43 ones for a 41-42 pocket size and they fit well

Logically the sole that goes up to 43 will be preferable because you will not need to cut it unlike the 44-47. And even if your liner is 43-44 you will not feel any play between the sole and the liner, the sole sits just like that in the liner without really fitting into the rails to the nearest millimeter.
